It's an upscale hotel, that's nice. My only knocks on it is that there was no hot water in the morning, and they give two of the tiniest bottles of drinking water, like 250 ml. On the plus side the room is beautiful, the bed an pillows are comfortable, the WiFi is good. I had dinner at the restaurant, had pasta which was both good, and the serving size huge. Most of the people at the hotel are here because of the steel factory, so it has an empty feeling at times. I'd stay here again.
First of all the hotel is in such remote location which is far from town (7km+). Second of that, it was the little things: From the location itself, the hotel is only convenient to stay 1 or 2 days to recharge before you hit the road, but the closet is too big for just 1 or 2 days when it should be smaller, leave some space for the minibar thermal. The minibar is not really cooling because there isn't enough space around for thermal, so the heat hit back. It was hot standing next to it. There are 2 recycle bins inside and outside the bathroom, but the one inside does not have plastic bag while trash in the bathroom are mostly soaky/wet. There is no bathrope, no razor provided, and only 1 pillow for each bed (I could have asked for more but it was night time so I don't want to disturb, also I was too tired) There is no air-con outside the room, even in the hallway, the lobby and not enough in the restaurant. The pool is clean but got no sun shade or umbrella while it is sunny and hot mostly all the time. I guess the hotel is trying to cut cost and the employees are doing their best because they are all so nice and helpful, but from the conditions I bet they are suffering as well. I gave this 3 stars but I add one more for the Director because he seems to really care and want to change for the better too.

The breakfast buffet featured seasonal treats that added to the festive atmosphere. We felt the warmth of the season throughout our stay, making it a memorable experience we'll treasure.
Before I even stepped inside the hotel, someone was already there to help me with my bags. They had snacks set up next to the reception, and when I paired that with the coffee I ordered from the lobby bar, it was absolutely perfect.
